Florida Youth Experiences Study (FL YES)
The Florida Youth Experiences Study (FL YES) is a five-year research study that looks at young people aging-out of foster care in Florida. The study’s goal is to examine how well current programs support and prepare foster youth for adulthood. The project is funded by the Florida Institute for Child Welfare.

During the brand development process, the project’s research team as well as former foster youth and representatives from Selfless Love Foundation were part of the design review panel. The visual identity for FL YES aims to promote freedom of expression and both resonate with and reflect the values of its youth base. The primary logo for the brand features a wide color palette to represent the spectrum of voices and experiences. Alternate versions of the logo support both full-color and limited color applications.
